Lomond Improvements are a forward thinking Home Improvement Specialist.
We specialise in Roofing, Roughcasting, Windows and Doors. We operate in central Scotland and across the east coast. We are currently looking to fill a few positions within our company. We are looking for target driven, enthusiastic individuals.
Lomond are looking to expand our Sales/Marketing team immediately.
Candidates are to be able to attend our training programmes.
- Full training provided
- Basic salary + Commission (OTE £54,000+)
- No cold calling, pre-confirmed appointment with homeowners
- Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Dundee and surrounding areas only!
Candidates should be,
- Money motivated
- Able to take instruction
- Willing to learn a new skill
Expected start date: ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

DRIVER / CANVASSER

Job Role:
Will involve traveling to our customers to represent us as a business and give customers all relevant information. All people who currently hold this position are very high earners, hence why we are looking for candidates to be money motivated.
- Execllent basic wage and fantastic commission structure.
- Weekly Pay.
- Mon – Fri, (NO WEEKENDS)
- Full training is provided (IF NECESSARY)

Responsibilities
* Evaluate and manage prospects.
* Possess in-depth product knowledge
* Manage and identify targeted areas.
Qualifications
* 1 year of previous experience is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel. Driving License and Vehicle is required.

DRIVER / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We specialise in Roofing, Roughcasting, Windows and Doors. We operate in central Scotland and across the east coast. We are currently looking to fill a few positions within our company. We are looking for target driven, enthusiastic individuals.
Job Role: Will involve traveling to our customers to drop off and demonstrate some samples and complete paperwork with our clients. All people who currently hold this position are very high earners, hence why we are looking for candidates to be money motivated.
- There is no cold calling involved with the role.
- All appointments you attend are Pre – Arranged and there is no experience required.
- Full training is provided.
Our ideal candidate will be: * Self motivated

Responsibilities * Evaluate prospects and manage pipeline
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and demos
- Conduct sales pitches and presentations Meet or exceed sales quota
Qualifications * 1 year of previous sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel. Driving License and Vehicle is REQUIRED!!
